ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (part-time, contract)
The Givens Foundation for African American Literature seeks a skilled consultant/contractor to hire as an Assistant Director in support its programs and operations in the Twin Cities community. This contract position requires an energetic and well-organized individual with diverse skills sets in the areas of program coordination, fundraising, marketing, as well as general administration. Best-suited candidates will have excellent people and communication skills and will know and use technology to accomplish project objectives effectively and efficiently. This is a part-time, contract position averaging three days/24 hours per week. This position will start in July 2010.
